Troubleshooting Blackbaud syncing

If you are having trouble syncing your Blackbaud data, please confirm the following steps are true. Blackbaud requires *three* types of permissions in order to sync your data.

• You have Platform Manager or Environment Admin permissions

• You have one of the following permissions: Academic Group Manager, Schedule Manager, or Platform Manager

• You have the SKY API Data Sync permission

• You have completed both steps on this page: https://marketview.nais.org/your-data/blackbaud/connect
